Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, this policy explains your options.

30-Day Returns

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery if it meets these conditions: - The item is unused. - The item is in its original condition and packaging. - You have your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@painttrinity.com with your order number and the item you want to return.

  2. Tell us whether you want a refund or a replacement.

  3. We will confirm your return and send the return address and instructions.

Please do not send items back before your return is confirmed. Returns sent without confirmation may be delayed or refused.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged or wrong items: Paint Trinity LLC pays return shipping. Email us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we will send a prepaid label or arrange the return.

  • All other returns (for example, you changed your mind): the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the refund.

Replacements and Exchanges

If you want a different item, return the original under this policy and place a new order. For damaged or wrong items, we can send a replacement instead of a refund.

Items We Cannot Accept

  • Items that have been used, installed or altered

  • Items damaged after delivery through misuse

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Late or Missing Refunds

First check your bank account and contact your card issuer. If you still have not received your refund after 7 business days from our confirmation, email info@painttrinity.com.
