This policy explains how payment works for online orders placed at painttrinity.com with Paint Trinity LLC.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Major credit and debit cards

• Shop Pay

We do not accept cash, checks or money orders for online orders.

Currency and Pricing

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices and availability can change without notice. The price you see at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay.

When You Are Charged

Your payment method is charged when you place your order. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a refund.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Shipping Charges

Orders over $50 USD ship free. For smaller orders, the shipping charge appears at checkout before you pay.

Payment Security

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners over an encrypted connection. Paint Trinity LLC does not store your full card number.

Declined or Failed Payments

If your payment is declined, please check your card details and billing address or try another method. Your bank can tell you why a card was declined.

Order Review

To protect customers and our store, we may review orders for suspected fraud. We may cancel an order, and refund any payment taken, if we cannot verify it.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. See our Return & Refund Policy for timing.

Painting Services

Payment for painting services is arranged separately under your estimate or service agreement with us. This policy covers online store purchases only.
